GOAL: TO PREVENT SUBSTANCE ABUSE AND ADDICTION BY
EDUCATING THE COMMUNITY ABOUT DRUGS AND  ALCOHOL

Objectives:      Increase knowledge in community by 30%Decrease
substance abuse & addiction by 30%.

Intervention:

GOAL: TO INCREASE RECOVERY BY PROVIDING SUPPORT AND
REFERRALS TO APPROPRIATE COMMUNITY RESOURCES.

Objectives:       Increase # of people in recovery by 10%     Decrease
recidivism by 10% (Recurrent cases in judicial system & DFCs system)

PROGRAMS

24/7 Referral Line= Treatment Referrals, Reporting of Illegal Drug Activities,
Socialization Projects, Targeted Intervention
